Depending on injection area, don't wear tight hats, any pressure. Try to sleep on your back for first 12 hours.

Don't undergo laser therapy, micro-needling, or permanent makeup treatments within 2 weeks.

Squinch your treated muscles as much as possible. Exercising muscles will ensure the Botox deposits fully and works itself into those muscles.

Use ice packs if sore.

RECOMMENDATION:
Everyone metabolizes this product differently. Most people should expect to reschedule in about 4-6 months. If after 2 weeks you are underwhelmed, you might want additional units. We work conservatively until ideal results are successful. We want you to feel comfortable with your treatment plan and your body's individual response.
